No more Latitude
Google have retired Latitude with their last Maps update, but that didn’t really bother me too much as I really like G+ and welcome another reason to use it over Facebook - because most people I want to communicate with are already entrenched in FB there really is not much point in using G+.
Unfortunately though, the public badge from Latitude has died early and there appears to be no G+ replacement as yet, resulting in a giant hole in the side of this blog’s layout. Our Internet access has been quite spotty, so I have not really looked too hard at fixing it.
