New Job!
Today I officially started a new job at a managed Wordpress provider.
It’s a pretty daunting prospect, as this will be the first IT job in a long time where I haven’t had the run of the place, I’m not used to not having access to look at things like logs and so on!
Update: 2017-09-17: It’s been almost a month now, and despite the fact that on paper it’s filled with everything I hate (Ubuntu, containers, MySQL, PHP, HHVM, and Wordpress) I can honestly say I’ve been enjoying it.
They’re also flying me out to Hungary next month which is kinda rad.
Update: 2022-10-30: Well, I’ve been here for half a decade now so I guess it’ll work out?
